We are pleased to advise you and plan your itinerary.  

For our service we charge USD$50 for a preliminary but comprehensive itinerary, with many suggestions to help you plan the perfect vacation. This itinerary is tailor-made for you, based on the initial requests and budget you will give us in the questionnaire we ask you to fill out. Once the itinerary is completed and presented to you, should you decide to make changes then we have a scale of charges as follows:

Simple restructuring of the original itinerary , ie. duration of stay in each place, alternative tour or accommodation suggestions within the same framework of the itinerary - free of charge for the first change.

Further changes involving destination, time of travel and season changes involving different destinations due to inappropriate choice of destination for the season during which you wish to travel - USD$25. This will also be charged if you have given us your approximate budget and then advise us you wish to recost at a lower budget.

Complete restructure of the itinerary due to your plans changing completely - USD$50.

Should you wish to make all the reservations yourself the only charge to you will be the USD$50 mentioned above plus any of the above amendment fees.

Should you wish to have us make all your reservations and guarantee that your plans will be trouble free and efficiently completed we charge USD$100 for the service. If any of the arrangements are unavailable we will offer an alternative at no charge over and above the USD$100. Once the itinerary has been booked and confirmed, should you wish to cancel the arrangements you will be charged US$50 plus whatever the service provider (hotel, airline, tour operator, etc.) charges. These third-party charges will be laid out in writing to you before you give us the go ahead to make all the reservations.

Once the itinerary is all confirmed we will invoice for the cost of airfares, hotels, tours etc.

All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-applicable.

To avoid extra charges we advise that you plan well in advance, especially during high season times which may differ in different zones of Australia. There are many sporting and cultural events held throughout Australia which attract high attendance crowds. We will advise you at the very start of your travel plans about all of these events if they are going to affect your plans in order to avoid later disappointment.

Another way to avoid charges for changes is to complete our questionnaire as thoroughly as you can. It is there for you to tell us all your needs and interests as well as your proposed travel dates and budget. The more you tell us about yourself and what your interests are about Australia, the more we can assist in advising you satisfactorily.

We will require your credit card number, expiry date, security code and billing address. Once you email us your questionnaire, we will email you a credit card charge form to sign and return to us.
